The neighbouring property of Chateau Le Pey, making up 11 hectares and bought entirely by Pierre and Olivier Compagnet in 2000.

Two wines are produced here. As well as Chateau Moulin de Cassy, we have Chateau La Lande a much younger, modern wine.
